Kids & Families
We love hosting all-ages concerts because we believe live music should be something families can enjoy together. We also know that creating a great experience for both families and other concertgoers takes everyone's help.
If we're going to continue offering all-ages shows, we need parents and guardians to keep children with them at all times and ensure they don't interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the performance. Running through seating areas, throwing objects, climbing on fences or structures, or other disruptive behavior isn't permitted.
Thank you for helping create a welcoming, respectful concert experience for guests of all ages.

Unless a show is designated 16+, guests of all ages are welcome.

Strollers and wagons are welcome around the farm but are not permitted on the music lawn.
In the farm market (#3 on the map), there are a variety of toddler and kid-friendly items for sale including goldfish, fig bars, Once Upon a Farm pouches and more.

FAQs
Can I leave and come back?
No. Re-entry is not permitted after exiting to the parking lot so make sure to bring in what you need (or might need).
Can I stand or dance?
Absolutely. Standing and dancing are encouraged at many shows. Please remember that chairs or blankets do not guarantee an unobstructed view.
The show is sold out. Should I buy tickets from Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, or another resale site?
We recommend against it. Only tickets purchased through TopazFarm.com and our official ticketing links are guaranteed to be valid. Valid ticket holders can transfer tickets through Ticketspice’s Account Center.
What if a staff member asks me to move or follow a policy?
Please help us by following staff directions. These policies are in place for everyone's safety and enjoyment. Failure to follow them may result in denial of entry or removal from the event.
What if I can't attend?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you're welcome to transfer them to a friend or family member. Guests who purchase optional TicketSpice Purchase Protection should submit refund claims directly through the Purchase Protection provider.
What if it rains, is very hot, or there's poor air quality?
Events are held rain or shine. No tarps, tents, or shelters are permitted. Small personal umbrellas may be used before the performance begins, but not during the performance. If the Air Quality Index (AQI) exceeds 150, any decision regarding postponement, cancellation, or continuation of the event will be made in consultation with the artists.
What if I lose something?
Lost items are held at the Farm Market cashier area during normal business hours.
Can I arrive early?
The farm closes for several hours before each event for setup. If you arrive early, we recommend visiting nearby beaches, Wapato Access Greenway, or Howell Territorial Park until the gates open.
