FAQs
Can I bring my kids? Do kids get in free?
Unless the event is specified as 18+, guests of all ages are welcome to attend but paid tickets are required for ages 3 and up.
What kind of chairs and blankets are allowed inside the venue?
Single size, low-rise beach/lawn chairs (not exceeding 8 inches from the ground to the bottom of the seat and no higher than 32 inches total from the ground to the top of the chair) are OK. Please note that small beach towels and blankets are allowed but please be neighborly and don’t take up more space than you need.
Is standing or dancing allowed?
Guests are permitted (and sometimes encouraged by the artists) to stand and dance. Situating your chair or blanket with a view of the stage does not guarantee you an unobstructed view. We do ask everyone to please be neighborly to other guests.
The show I want tickets to is sold out! Should I buy tickets on Craigslist, FaceBook Marketplace or 3rd party ticketing services?
Scammers doctor print-at-home tickets and sell these online for all sorts of shows. The buyers of these ticket will not be admitted to Topaz Farm shows, since the QR codes are fake. Due to these scams, we strongly advise you not to buy tickets to our events from anything but our own website.
Do you take credit or debit cards?
We accept cash and credit cards.
Where do I park? Is there a fee?
Parking is free though oversized vehicles, buses and RVs are prohibited. You can park on the grass lot and there is staff posted to assist you at larger events. Free oversized vehicle and overnight parking is available .8 away at the gravel parking lot owned by Multnomah County.
What if it rains or is really hot?
All events are held rain or shine (and AQI above 150 is at the artists’ discretion). No tarps, tents or shelters will be allowed. Small, personal-sized umbrellas are allowed at music events, but can not be used once the performance has begun.
What if I can’t make it?
There are no refunds on tickets. We suggest selling (or giving!) your tickets to someone you know.
What if I lost something?
All items turned in throughout the farm are gathered and kept at the cashier’s area of the farm stand. If you’re missing an item, please stop by during regular farm hours.
Can I come before the farm opens at 5:00 p.m.?
The farm is closed to all guests from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Americana Harvest Fest days (or earlier for late August/early September shows) so we can prepare and set-up for the evening. If you arrive early, we recommend visiting the island beaches or parks including nearby Willamette River Greenway and Howell Territorial Park.
Can I argue with staff about any of farm rules?
No! These rules are here for everyone’s safety and enjoyment. Don’t risk geting turned away or be asked to leave!
What if I am still reading this?
We thank you for being thorough and for being prepared to have an amazing visit to the farm!
