This is a working farm with vehicles and working mechanical equipment and irrigation systems. For everyone’s safety and enjoyment while visiting the farm, all minors must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult at all times. Your family will be asked to leave if you cannot accompany and supervise your minors.

What you CAN Bring

  • Refillable metal or plastic water bottles

  • Infant formula/milk/food

  • Small beach towels or small picnic blankets (30” x 70” per person). Please be neighborly and don’t spread out blankets more than what you need. Our staff reserve the right to condense parties and reseat patrons.

  • Single size, low-profile lawn chairs (not exceeding 8 inches from the ground to the bottom of the seat and no higher than 32 inches total from the ground to the top of the chair)

  • Small, personal-sized umbrellas, up to 23 inch radius, but please don’t use them once a show has begun.

What NOT to Bring

  • Coolers, outside food and beverages (other than baby food or water in non-glass refillable containers)

  • Drugs. Though cannabis is legal, it is not permitted at the farm due to OLCC regulations and fire safety

  • Anything requiring sparks or fire. That includes cannabis, cigarettes, vape pens, fireworks or sparklers

  • Play pens, wagons, strollers or child trailers may not be brought onto the live music area lawn.

  • Throwing toys (including beach balls and frisbees), blow-up toys, balloons, lawn games, gymnastic ribbons or bubbles.

ADA Accessibility & Service Animals

Topaz Farm is committed to complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and seeks to provide the best possible experience for our guests.

Surfaces While on our farm, you will encounter uneven ground and unpaved paths that may be grass, gravel and/or dirt. Please let us know if you need assistance at any time. Note the following approximate distances:

  • ADA parking area to the box office/entrance: 100 feet

  • Box office/entrance to the center of Live Music lawn: 550 feet

  • Center of Live Music lawn to the portable ADA restroom: 250 feet

  • Center of Live Music lawn to the ADA restrooms near market: 900 feet

Seating If you are unable to sit on the ground or in a low lawn chair, you may use a taller chair as long as it does not obstruct anyone’s view. This is best accomplished by sitting along the sides or back of the circular live music area.

Service Animals We welcome guests with disabilities who wish to bring their Service Animals to the farm, the majority of which is open to Service Animals. At Americana Harvest Fest events, all ticket holders are limited to select areas of the farm, a portion of which is a restricted area where our animals are penned and/or free-roam. No service animals area are allowed in the Farm Animal Area (see map below) though note there is a “quick-pass” route through this area. It’s necessary in the quick pass area to pass through as quickly as mobility allows. If necessary, the farm staff will address behavior of the service animal that poses a safety threat to farm patrons, animal health and/or safety or crops.

It’s important to note that emotional support, therapy, comfort, or animals that provide comfort just by being with a person are not considered service animals because they have not been trained to perform a specific job or task. Therefore, they do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and are not allowed anywhere on the farm, outside of (briefly) parked vehicles.

FAQs

Can I bring my kids? Do kids get in free?
Guests of all ages are welcome to attend all-ages shows on Thursdays, which are priced per person. Tickets are required for ages 3 and up.

What kind of chairs and blankets are allowed inside the venue?
Single size, low-rise beach/lawn chairs (not exceeding 8 inches from the ground to the bottom of the seat and no higher than 32 inches total from the ground to the top of the chair) are OK. Please note that small beach towels and blankets are allowed but please be neighborly and don’t take up more space than you need.

Is standing or dancing allowed?
Guests are permitted (and sometimes encouraged by the artist!) to stand and dance where seated. Situating your chair or blanket with a view of the stage does not guarantee you an unobstructed view. We do ask everyone to please be neighborly to other guests and refrain from conduct that is offensive or physically dangerous.

The show I want tickets to is sold out! Should I buy tickets on Craigslist, FaceBook Marketplace or 3rd party ticketing services?
Scammers doctor print-at-home tickets and sell these online for all sorts of shows. The buyers of these ticket will not be admitted to Topaz Farm shows, since the barcodes are fake. Due to these scams, we strongly advise you not to buy tickets to our events from anything but our ticketing service, Opendate.

Do you take credit or debit cards?
We accept cash and credit cards.

Where do I park? Is there a fee?
Parking is free though oversized vehicles, buses and RVs are prohibited. You can park in any of the designated asphalt or grass lots and there is staff posted to assist you at larger events. Free oversized vehicle and overnight parking is available approximately one mile away at the gravel parking lot adjacent to the Cracker Barrel Grocery Store or Metro’s gravel parking lot.

What if it rains or is really hot?
All events are held rain or shine (and AQI above 150 is at the artists’ discretion). No tarps, tents or shelters will be allowed. Small, personal-sized umbrellas are allowed at music events, but can not be used once the performance has begun.

What if I can’t make it?
There are no refunds on tickets. We suggest selling (or giving!) your tickets to someone you know.

What if I lost something?
All items turned in throughout the farm are gathered and kept at the cashier’s area of the farm stand. If you’re missing an item, please stop by during regular farm hours.

Can I come before the farm opens at 5:00 p.m.?
The farm closes at 2:00 p.m. on Americana Harvest Fest days so we can prepare and set-up for the evening. If you arrive early, we recommend visiting the island beaches or parks including nearby Willamette River Greenway and Howell Territorial Park.

What if I am still reading this?
We thank you for being thorough and for being prepared to have an amazing visit to the farm!
