Cancellation and refund policy

Each Farm To Plate offering or event has an order deadline listed in the offering description. That date is also the date to modify or cancel an order and receive a refund. Any cancellations or modifications to orders after that date are ineligible for refunds.

Delivery policy

All Farm To Plate to-go items and store products are available for pick-up at the farm at 17100 NW Sauvie Island Road, Portland, OR 97231. No delivery is available.

Return policy

Due to food safety issues and regulations, Farm To Plate food offerings are ineligible for refunds. Any non-food store products can be returned for full refunds during the same calendar year as long as it is returned in the same condition in which it was purchased.
