Birthday Parties on the Farm!

Two hour birthday party packages, for up to 10 kids (plus adults!), during weekends early-June through late-September.

Birthday Package for up to 10 kids includes:

  • 15-minute set-up, prior to your party’s scheduled start

  • 90-minutes in the “party pavillion,” a shaded, centrally located picnic tables near the animals, farm market, bar/grill and kids play area.

  • 30 minutes activity, with a choice of one activity:

    • Play with, pet and brush the mini-goats

    • Paint a birdhouse to take home 

    • Mini-digger

  • One pitcher of lemonade

  • A bucket of farm pops with assorted flavors

  • Topaz Farm pins for each of the kids

Package for up to 10: $300, up to 10 additional kids: $20 each. No charge for adults.


Drinks

In addition to the lemonade included, we have many additional non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages available for purchase. As the party host, you can set up a tab or guests can purchase these items if you’d like.

Note that empty/refillable water bottles are welcome and there’s a refill station next to the party pavilion, but no outside drinks are allowed anywhere on the farm.

Food

Food items are available for pre-order including a platter of cheeseburger sliders featuring Topaz grass-fed beef, nacho platters, trio of salads and bucket of farm pops. Guests can also pick up grab-and-go food from the market or order from the grill. No outside food, other than birthday cakes/cupcakes or baby food, is allowed.


Add-ons

  • Grab seats on the cow train, which runs 10:30-11:30am on weekends ($5 per rider)

  • Gift bags for kids - $5 each 

Important:

  • You’re welcome to stay at the farm after this party, but after the 60-minute period in the party pavilion, you’ll need to move to one of the many other nearby areas with picnic tables.

  • Due to other parties and staffing, the 30-minute activity must start at the scheduled time, so make sure everyone’s ready.

  • Other than cupcakes, birthday cakes or empty/refillable water bottles, no outside food or drinks are allowed anywhere on the farm. If you bring cupcakes or birthday cakes, bring plates, napkins and utensils.

  • You can bring a birthday cake or cupcakes, and empty/refillable water containers, but please bring your own plates, flatware and napkins. We do not allow outside food or drinks on the farm, anywhere. Please support our family-owned and run farm by purchasing from the many options we have here including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan options.

  • Sorry, no. In addition to housemade seasonal lemonade ir craft root beer included with your party, we have sparkling water on tap and in cans.

  • Sorry, no. The parties we host must be consistent with the farm atmosphere for the enjoyment of all guests. Also, note we don’t allow piñatas, balloons, throwing games, balls, or bubbles.

  • Yes, please see the bar and/or grill cashiers, before your party, to set up a tab.

  • Parties may be canceled or rescheduled up to 30 days prior. Unless you choose the optional purchase protection during check-out, parties are nonrefundable with the exception of severe weather (e.g. lightning, high winds, heat index greater than 100 degrees, AQI greater than 150).

  • After the base package of 10 kids, if you want to add additional kids, you can add up to 10 additional kids for $15 each.

  • Yes but remember balloons are not allowed (please share this with your guests). And thank you for cleaning up when you’re done.

  • You can have access to the tables 15 minutes prior to your reserved time period.

  • While we’d love to host you, we understand if our farm doesn’t meet your needs. Nearby Howell Territorial Park or Wapato State Park, both of which are within a mile of the farm, are great options for gatherings here on the island.
