Join us after hours and enjoy a Marionberry spritz cocktail and a Mediterranean platter, while Farm Chef Paula Markus and Guest Chef Erin Connell will teach you how to quick pickle. Watch as they demonstrate pickling green beans, carrots, fennel, and more. Each guest will take home 2 pints from the quick pickled veggies that are made during the class.
