90-minute birthday party packages, for up to 30 kids (plus adults!) are available weekends mid-June through mid-September.

Starter Birthday Package for up to 15 kids includes:

  • 30-minute set-up, prior to your party’s scheduled start

  • 90-minutes in the “party pavillion,” a shaded, centrally located picnic tables near the animals, farm market, bar/grill and kids play area.

  • Two pitchers of old fashioned lemonade

  • A bucket of farm pops with assorted flavors

  • Topaz Farm trading cards for each of the kids

Package for up to 15 kids (adults are free): $300.


Drinks

In addition to the lemonade included, we have many additional non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages available for purchase. As the party host, you can set up a tab or guests can purchase these items if you’d like.

Note that empty/refillable water bottles are welcome and there’s a refill station next to the party pavilion, but no outside drinks are allowed anywhere on the farm.

Food

There are several food packages to choose from for kids and adults. Please note there is no outside food, other than birthday cakes/cupcakes or baby food, allowed.


Add-ons

  • The Party Pavilion is divided in half. If you want a party for up to 30 kids, you can book both sides. Or if you want a longer space rental, you can book two consecutive time slots.

  • The Field Games Package will take kids on an adventure through the farm to a special area where they will participate in nostalgic games like potato sack races, egg runs, limbo and more.

  • The Flower Package takes the kids on a whimsical walk to our flower lane for either bouquet or flower crown crafting. 

Important:

  • You’re welcome to stay at the farm, but after the rental period in the party pavilion, you’ll need to move to one of the many other nearby areas with picnic tables.

  • Due to other parties and staffing, the any planned activities must start at the scheduled time, so make sure everyone’s ready.

  • Other than cupcakes, birthday cakes or empty/refillable water bottles, no outside food or drinks are allowed anywhere on the farm. If you bring cupcakes or birthday cakes, bring plates, napkins and utensils.

  • You can bring a birthday cake or cupcakes, and empty/refillable water containers, but please bring your own plates, flatware and napkins. We do not allow outside food or drinks on the farm, anywhere. Please support our family-owned and run farm by purchasing from the many options we have here including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan options.

  • Sorry, no. In addition to lemonade included with your party, we have craft root beer, seasonal lemonades, sparkling water (on tap and in cans), bottled water and more.

  • Sorry, no. The parties we host must be consistent with the farm atmosphere for the enjoyment of all guests. Also, note we don’t allow piñatas, balloons, throwing games, balls, or bubbles.

  • Yes, please see the bar and/or grill cashiers, before your party, to set up a tab.

  • Parties may be canceled or rescheduled up to 30 days prior. Unless you choose the optional purchase protection during check-out, parties are nonrefundable with the exception of severe weather (e.g. lightning, high winds, heat index greater than 100 degrees, AQI greater than 150).

  • Yes but remember balloons are not allowed (please share this with your guests). And thank you for cleaning up when you’re done.

  • You can have access to the tables 30 minutes prior to your reserved time period.

  • While we’d love to host you, we understand if our farm doesn’t meet your needs. Nearby Howell Territorial Park or Wapato State Park, both of which are within a mile of the farm, are great options for gatherings here on the island.
