We practice regenerative, no-spray farming. That means we work with nature—not against it—to grow healthy food and build soil, biodiversity, and resilience.

We don’t use synthetic sprays or chemical fertilizers. Instead, we plant cover crops to enrich the soil, rotate crops to reduce disease and pest pressure, and make our own compost and nutrient-rich teas. Our animals help too—chickens and pigs clear old crops, fertilize the soil, and control pests.

We farm in a way that supports life above and below the ground. This means minimal tilling, no synthetic inputs, and no monoculture. We grow a diverse mix of crops and let our land rest between plantings, which builds long-term soil health and increases carbon sequestration.

When it comes to bugs, we take a different approach. Rather than trying to eliminate them, we create a balanced ecosystem where beneficial insects—like ladybugs, lacewings, and parasitic wasps—can thrive and naturally keep pests in check. We also plant insectary strips and flowering borders to attract pollinators and predators, supporting biodiversity while reducing the need for intervention.

It’s a slower way to farm, but it’s better for the planet, our community, and the food on your plate.

We don’t consider ourselves experts, but we are huge fans of sharing information and having conversations. Have a question? Shoot us an email, or come say hello while you’re here.
